Base salary: a market informed competitive salary which considers organizational responsibility, professional experience and skills required of the role.
Incentive pay: an opportunity for you to be rewarded annually for your contribution towards É«¶à¶àÊÓÆµand AXA Group achieving its goals through our
discretionary annual bonus plan. Senior roles may also receive discretionary long-term incentive awards, subject to any plan rules in place.
