É«¶à¶àÊÓƵɫ¶à¶àÊÓƵ today announced the appointment of two key members to AXA XL’s Distribution Team in Australia. 

Stephen Nguyen, previously AXA XL’s Client & Distribution Leader, Asia, based in Hong Kong, has been appointed as Head of Distribution for Australia effective April 1, 2022. Before joining É«¶à¶àÊÓƵ Mr. Nguyen held roles in both broking and risk management in Asia-Pacific, giving him in-depth insights into client expectations from their broker and carrier partners.

Australia’s Distribution Team includes Shaun Higgerson, recently appointed Client & Distribution Leader. Mr. Higgerson recently transitioned to the distribution role from an Accident & Health underwriting role, which compliments Stephen’s experience. 

The team continues to work closely with AXA XL’s Brooklyn branded distribution capabilities, including Tim Fairbrother, Head of Brooklyn and Jessica Jenkins, Brooklyn Relationship Manager.
