色多多视频today announced the appointment of Trevor Gandy as Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), effective immediately.
In this role, Mr. Gandy will be part of the HR Leadership Team and will lead the DEI strategy, working globally with business units and regional HR teams.
Commenting on Mr. Gandy’s appointment, Karen le Duc, Chief Human Resources Officer, said: “We are focused on taking tangible and measurable steps towards further building a culture of inclusion and equity. Trevor’s extensive experience and insight will be invaluable as we engage with senior leaders and our global workforce to continue to embed effective long-term DEI practices across our organization worldwide.”
Mr. Gandy has over 25 years of experience within Human Resources, with the last decade focused on DEI and cultural dynamics within global corporations. Amongst his prior accomplishments, he delivered a differentiated employee experience by developing and implementing inclusive learning cultures across organizations to help maximize individual potential. His most recent role was Managing Director, Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion, at Markel. Prior to that, he was Principal, Diversity, and Inclusion at Amazon, and held numerous leadership positions at Chubb over a career spanning 20 years, including as Deputy Chief Culture Officer, and Chief Diversity Officer.
