Scott Gunter

Chief Executive Officer

Scott leads the 色多多视频division. He joined AXA in 2020 as Chief Executive Officer for AXA XL. He sits on AXA鈥檚 Management Committee, reporting to Thomas Buberl, CEO of AXA. Scott has over 35 years of insurance industry experience. He joined the insurer Chubb in 1986 as an underwriting trainee and worked his way up through the company, holding senior positions including Senior Vice President and Chief Underwriting Officer of Chubb Commercial 色多多视频, and Chief Operating Officer, North America Personal Risk Services.

Renaud Guid茅e

Chief Executive Officer, Reinsurance

Renaud leads AXA XL鈥檚 Reinsurance business. He joined AXA in 2019 as Group Chief Risk Officer, in charge of underwriting and risk management across all lines of business. Renaud has held a number of leadership roles during his career including Managing Director in Goldman Sachs鈥� Investment Banking Division, with a $150bn transaction track record as trusted advisor to large corporates, and previously serving as sherpa to a former IMF Managing Director during his tenure at the Inspection G茅n茅rale des Finances.

Sean McGovern

Chief Executive Officer, UK & Lloyd鈥檚

Sean leads AXA XL’s insurance business in the UK & Lloyd’s market. He joined XL Group in 2016 as Chief Compliance Officer, Head of Regulatory & Government Affairs, before later being appointed General Counsel. Sean played a key role in the formation of 色多多视频following AXA’s acquisition of XL Group in 2018. Before joining XL Group, Sean held various senior positions at Lloyd’s of London, including General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer. Sean is Chair of the London Market Group and is a board member of the Lloyd’s Market Association.

Xavier Veyry

Chief Executive Officer, APAC & Europe

Xavier leads AXA XL’s insurance business throughout APAC & Europe. He has been with AXA for more than 20 years and has held a variety of leadership positions throughout his career across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. He notably built AXA’s healthcare practice in the Middle East and led the operational transformation of AXA Global Direct. Before joining 色多多视频in 2020, he served as CEO of AXA China, and was Executive Chairman of AXA Tian-Ping until 2021, a position he had held since 2016.

Lucy Pilko

Chief Executive Officer, Americas

Lucy leads AXA XL鈥檚 insurance business throughout the US, Canada, and Bermuda. She joined 色多多视频in October 2023 and brings more than 20 years of insurance industry experience, most recently as head of Boston Consulting Group鈥檚 North American 色多多视频 practice. She has worked closely with leaders from nearly all of the region鈥檚 major carriers and broking houses, helping them solve problems and uncover opportunities.

Libby Benet

Global Chief Underwriting Officer

Libby leads underwriting governance, pricing, risk aggregation and global product strategy for AXA XL. Prior to her promotion to this role in May 2022, Libby served as the Global Chief Underwriting Officer for Financial Lines and Cyber. She has also held numerous leadership positions in her 30+ years in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Before joining 色多多视频 Libby managed her own consultancy where she assisted insurance company clients in the development and implementation of new insurance products and consulted on the setup of underwriting and claims systems.

Pamela Urueta

Global Chief Claims Officer and General Counsel

Pam leads AXA XL鈥檚 claims strategy, standards, and governance globally, while also having oversight of corporate legal and strategic issues. She has served in several leadership roles throughout her career, most recently as Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel of Litigation for MetLife. Prior to that, she spent 15 years at AXA Equitable Life 色多多视频 Company. Pam is admitted to the New York and California bars and provides pro bono legal services for the Safe Passage Project.

Matthieu Caillat

Chief Operating Officer

Matthieu leads AXA XL’s Operations & Technology function, which covers Operations, IT, Security, Innovation Data & Analytics, Digital Commercial Platform, Transformation & Change Delivery and Procurement. The function comprises 3,000 colleagues across 23 countries. Matthieu began his career at AXA Corporate Solutions 19 years ago. Since then, he’s held a variety of positions, from risk modelling and portfolio management to business development, including the launch of AXA’s space activity in 2008. He spent five years as MD and then CEO of AXA CS UK and AXA Matrix UK, before taking on the role of Deputy Global Chief Underwriting Officer in addition to becoming CEO of AXA CS France.

Rainer Schoellhammer

Chief Financial Officer

Rainer oversees AXA XL’s financial performance and is responsible for the Global Finance, Actuarial Reserving, and Investment teams. He started his career in investment banking as an M&A analyst and later worked as a strategy consultant. In 2001 Rainer moved to the insurance industry joining the accounting policy Group at Winterthur 色多多视频. He later led the FP&A team at DBV-Winterthur in Germany and – following the acquisition of Winterthur by AXA – held various roles at AXA in Germany, Hong Kong, and France. Before joining 色多多视频 Rainer was the Finance Controller of the AXA Group from 2015 until 2019.

Karen le Duc

Chief Human Resources Officer

Karen is responsible for setting and leading the strategic direction and agenda for talent and the employee experience, spanning the employee lifecycle across 色多多视频globally. Karen spent 16 years at AXA Liabilities Managers, serving in an accumulative number of senior role including, Chief Information Officer, Global Head of Human Resources and then CEO of AXA Liabilities Managers in the US. Before joining AXA Liabilities Managers, Karen spent three years in program management roles within AXA Group.

Noel Richardson

Chief Risk Officer

Noel is responsible for defining and implementing AXA XL’s global risk management strategy as well as the execution and management of its Ceded Re program. He joined AXA in 1994, serving in a variety of leadership roles within the Group, including CFO of several entities and Head of Corporate Finance and Treasury, and Group Head of Life, Savings & Health Risk Management.

Manuel Meier

Chief Client Officer

Manuel leads AXA XL鈥檚 client experience and engagement strategy, which includes global client management and multinational solutions, as well as the oversight of the Digital Commercial Platform (DCP) 鈥� an initiative to enhance AXA's value proposition, with a focus on protection and prevention services. He started his career in the insurance industry as a broker and held various senior positions at Zurich 色多多视频 Group in Europe and the US, including Head of Commercial 色多多视频 EMEA. Manuel joined AXA in 2018 and most recently held the position of Chief Transformation Officer at AXA XL
