On Apr 2, 2019, the Board of Directors of XLIT Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of XL Group Ltd, resolved to pay a dividend of $13.1120 per share on XLIT Ltd.’s Series E Preference Ordinary Shares, which dividend will be paid on Apr 15, 2019 to all preference shareholders of record as of Apr 11, 2019. In addition, on Apr 10, 2019 the Board of Directors of Catlin É«¶à¶àÊÓƵ Company Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of XL Group Ltd, resolved to pay a dividend of $14.34 per share on the Catlin É«¶à¶àÊÓƵ Company Ltd. Preferred Shares, which dividend will be paid on Apr 22, 2019 to all preference shareholders of record as of Mar 31, 2019.
